From Life's Ambrosia, Serves 6
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened - I used reduced fat
2 Tbsp mayonnaise - I used light
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
1 red bell pepper, diced small
1 carrot, diced small
2 green onions, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Use a hand mixer to whip together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and allow to refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

Love a cream cheese based dip / spread! And seeing those nice cucumber slices I bet this would make a refreshing sandwich (cukes + spread) in the summer.
