Football Cheeseball

We had a Clemson vs. Maryland viewing party get together at our house in October with a bunch of our friends. I'm sure you see a theme here with us liking to entertain at our house especially for something Clemson related.

With a 7pm kickoff time we did drinks, heavy appetizers and dessert. We made several items and everyone else brought something too.

I make a really yummy beef cheeseball and I wanted to jazz it up so I formed it in the shape of a football!!

Instead of the usual just 1 pecan halve on top I sort of made football laces. I cut pecan halves in half and lined them up and put 2 perpendicular at each end for the laces. I think it looked as close to a football as you can with a cheeseball and of course it tasted fabulous!

We had a really delicious variety at the party.

Tiger Tails and Reeses pieces brownies!!

Yummy Sangria

Clemson came back from behind to win in an edge of your seat / roller coaster ride type of game AND Gen and I got to use our Clemson servingware! A win win!
